Has my order been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking link to track your order.

Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?


If you need to make changes to your order, please let us know as soon as possible at info@jacmom.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot make any changes once your order has been dispatched.

We cannot change the billing address and can only offer exchanges for items of the same price.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer the following shipping options with DHL:

Germany: 5-6 working days
Rest of the world: 10 working days

Available next working day in selected countries.

Orders placed at the weekend will be shipped on Monday and orders placed on a public holiday will be shipped the following working day.
